I have extensive experience in small-scale fisheries, socio-ecological systems, climate change adaptations, gender and development, IUU fishing, local conservation, traditional ecological knowledge, policy, governance and project management.

I conduct interdisciplinary research at the intersection of fisheries, climate change, gender, and socio-ecological systems. My work combines scientific evidence with local knowledge to develop inclusive strategies that strengthen environmental sustainability, resilient livelihoods, and equitable resource governance.
